Automatic Barcode

EdenElliot was having a very hard time generating Barcodes for their Shirts, because for a single barcode they had to enter lots of information and generating 1000 labels was nearly consuming 3-4 hours of data entry, which was also resulting in lot of human errors. Further it added a extra print time, because traditional Barcode softwares are same as Microsoft Paint, it takes 4 print stops for Single Item Code, because you change something and then print it.

So they asked us to develop a Automatic Barcode Generation Software based on their Unique Item Code logic, and We developed a solution which uses EXCEL (Spreadsheet) as input data which also benefited them with various features of Excel (like Auto Increment with CTRL + Drag)

The software we developed does all the job itself, It automatically prepoulates these things:

• Generates a barcode (lines) with Unique Code + Size + Price
• Makes a Production Code, to track that item
• Product price based on Unique Item Code
• Size with another Equivalent Symbology
• Shirt Type / Pattern (Full Sleeves or Half Sleeves)
• Packaging Date

With this software their 4hours job was reduced to 5 minutes of data entry and Zero Human Error.
